WMI was selected as leader of the consortium formed by WMI and Cecom (Haitian company) to do an administrative audit of the CAMEP (the water distribution company of Port au Prince, Haiti’s main city).

This project was financed by the IDB Inter-American Development Bank.

The audit was based on three parts:
• A revision of the company’s administrative structure,
• The company’s customers perception and satisfaction,
• A development plan in order to improve the CAMEP performance.

• Study of the company’s internal structure,
• Study of its needs in labour force,
• Study of the company’s marketing policy and its customers’ satisfaction programme,
• Improvement of the company’s commercial process,
• Study of the customer’s profile and satisfaction,
• Improvement of its billing and accounting system,
• Propose a new payment system,
• Improvement of the company’s perception by the Haitian.
