Integrated Assessment of Non Revenue Water of the drinking water supply system of Dar es Salaam and preparation of an action plan to reduce Non Revenue Water from 60% to 45%.

The study includes:
• Study of the distribution network, evaluation and reduction of Non Revenue Water in 10 pilot areas (120 km of network),
• Preparation of a water balance (method IWA) and development of an overall strategy to reduce Non Revenue for DAWASA / DAWASCO (respectively Water Authority and the network operator),
• Preparation of the terms of reference and the tender documents for a Performance Based Contract.

Description of WMI services

• Supply of leak detection equipment, flow / pressure measurements, data loggers, meters and test bench (DN 15 - DN 50)
• Sectorization and "Step Testing" in 10 pilot areas (120 km)
