The project objectives include:
• The implementation of a program to reduce Non Revenue Water in two pilot areas of the city of Kampala,
• The network diagnosis, flow and pressures measurement campaigns and leak detection campaigns (200 km of network),
• The evaluation of over 100 large consumers,
• The identification and implementation of a monitoring network performance indicator (Infrastructure Leakage Index).
