The contract has been awarded to WMI. The project, carried out in a pilot sector of the network covering over 20,000 connections, received a grant from the French government (FASEP) and a co-funding support from EMCali. The contract has been signed on the 12th July 2016 and the memorandum of understanding between WMI and EMCali on the 5th of July 2016.
