Administrative audit of the CAMEP (Centrale Autonome Métropolitaine d’Eau Potable)

WMI was selected as leader of the consortium formed by WMI and Cecom (Haitian company) to do an administrative audit of the CAMEP (the water distribution company of Port au Prince, Haiti’s main city).

This project was financed by the IDB Inter-American Development Bank.

The audit was based on 3 parts:

A revision of the company’s administrative structure,
The company’s customers perception and satisfaction,
A development plan in order to improve the CAMEP performance.
